1. Acceptance

By using AI Visibility Report ("the service"), operated by SM Marteq LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

The service submits your questions to third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and reports whether and how your brand appears in their answers. AI answers are generated by third parties, vary over time, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of any outcome.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/ account secure. You must provide a valid, non-disposable email address.

4. Credits and payments

Analyses are paid for with credits (1 credit = 1 question). New accounts receive a small number of free credits.
You can purchase additional credits in packs. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Because credits deliver a digital service that is consumed on use, purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to bypass credit limits, automated scraping or abuse, submitting unlawful content, or interfering with the service's operation or security.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will post updated terms here with a new date.
